Returns
Refund and Exchange Policy
At The Candle Rooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Conditions for Returns:
- Candles must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Any promotional or free items included in your purchase must also be returned in their original condition.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@thecandlerooms.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- If you wish to exchange your item or receive store credit, we will issue this once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a code that can be used on your next purchase.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
