A fable is a literary construct: a story that has been created to pass on a moral or useful truth. The vast majority of fables have animal protagonists, which expands the wonder and Magick of their telling.
Aesop’s fables are particularly well known: the tortoise and the hare, the goose that laid the golden egg, the big bad wolf…these tales from Ancient Greece are as well-read today as they were in the world of antiquity.
A pure vegan-friendly soy wax candle, scented with carefully selected fragrance oils to bring to life the fables of old!
This gently spiced scent captures the fragrance of freshly plucked mistletoe, pink pepper, cardamom, frankincense, and citrus in its top notes. At its heart, clove blends happily with patchouli, lily, and fruit notes, then finishes on a warm base of amber.
These are poured in beautiful reusable glass jars, and finished with a wooden lid, this candle will not only look beautiful in situ in your home.
The highly scented wax will quickly fill a room with fragrance that will linger long after the candle has been extinguished.
This collection has been curated to celebrate an older time in our world, when mythology and magick was around every corner!
This candle has been poured with 300ml of pure soy wax and will burn for approx 45-55 hours.
